Cisco benefited from STRATEGY's strong sense of CMF (color, materials and finishes) even with the restriction that the product must be black.

Black is not black.  Through CMF research, our team developed multiple materials in combination with each other to create a dynamic, multi-layered, black product.  Additionally, capacitive touch technology replaced the difficult to see and use black buttons.
