In-depth user-centered research was completed prior to exploring concepts for Hamilton Beach's line of toasters and toaster ovens.

Don't ever plug in 15 toasters at once... we learned the hard way.

Hamilton Beach teamed with us to fully understand the kitchen user.  We held multiple usage sessions and intermingled anonymously with the test subjects. Client brainstorms, QFD sessions, in-home visits, and more were diligently carried out by the STRATEGY staff.  Conclusions were drawn, graphically communicated and most importantly, used to create related toaster concepts.  It's always of the upmost importance to tie the research directly to each product concept and fully use the knowlede gained.
